Anyone having a hard time Sleeping
I mean I know it is pretty early on in the pregnancy I am 11 weeks 5 days. I have been having a hard time sleeping. I am up every hour on the hour it seems like. And then when I wake up I have to use the bathroom and then it takes a while for me to get back to sleep and then when I do get back to sleep I am up like an hour later.
I just wanted to know if any of you girls are having the same probelm

I can't sleep at all, even when I'm exhausted!
I asked OB for a sleep aid and she said the only thing that we can take is benedryl, but that you can't use it all the time and that you can feel like your in a fog if you take it in the middle of the night.
But I have to admit, I've used it when desperate
I don't remember it starting thisd early the first time, but I've been having this problem for weeks now :(

Alicia, we are only 2 days apart....  It's so random w/ the sleep. I find myself exhausted by 7, but if I go to sleep b4 10pm I find myself waking up when I go to the bathroom at 1 or 2 am & can't get back to sleep.
Then last night I was falling asleep by 8 & I finally went into bed at 9 & then laid there until 10.... I feel your pain!

OMG-I just got off the phone with DH and told him the same thing. I keep getting up every hour, I cant get comfortable and this is only week 20.
Plus I have been haveing the craziest dreams!!1

Yes but it git better. Now I only get up once during the night. SOmetimes I fall back asleep, others I don't....

(I get up at clockwork at 2 am every night Up for a few hours, back to sleep and then up at 4 am, then back to sleep, then up for good at about 6:30-7.
I am exhausted and just pray for a good nights sleep one of these days. It also doesn't help that I've got the flu with a hacking cough that's been keeping me up even more 
I must say, the nighttime medicine is helping a bit 
(I feel so bad for the baby!)

you can take tylenol PM as well, all tylenol is safe, even the PM

gee, sounds familiar. i have had a rough time sleeping too. well, dh went out with his company last night and announced that we were pregnant...well, all of his colleagues bought him shots, etc., so he comes home WASTED at 2am and subsequently I was rudely awakened and couldn't get back to sleep

latley I can not get comfy and now sweatin is a huge issue, so we are sleeping with the windows open and window fans going to keep me from sweating, I feel bad for DH bc he is always freezing and I am Sweating!!

I am one day ahead of you and I have something similar I wake up 1 - 2 times though between 2 and 4 and I have to wake up at 530 am - if I wake up between 3 and 430 I never get back to sleep the earlier I wake up the more likely I am to fall back to sleep

the PM part is the same ingredient in Benedryl, so if you don't need the tylenol, it's better to take just benedryl

Lately it is getting more uncomfy for me to get to sleep and stay asleep. I toss and turn all night and I still use the bathroom throughout the night as well...I am 19wks4days

I am up all night long and thus so is DH! I pee about 2 times a night... usually around 2 something and then around 4 something... the rest of the night I toss and turn! Its terrible!! I wake up sweating too! Ugh!

I feel your pain! I had a really rough time sleeping the first trimester, it got better in the second trimester, and now in the third tri I'm having a difficult time sleeping again. Now it's beacuse my belly is just huge and I can't get comfy. I also have to get up to go to the bathroom every hour! I wish I has a solution for you. I find that sleeping with lots of pillows helps me, and trying not to drink water past 8 at night helps too.
