My DS has that and no, the pedals do not lock. Though this was bought for my older DS about 4 years ago...maybe they are made differently now.

Thank you so much! I know you can lock the steering, but it doesn't say anything about the wheels, which most likely means you can't.
Do you know if they sell an attachment where he can put his feet?
I really don't want to get him a push thing for now, then a pedal car. He's too young to pedal.
