Anyone have the Cruz e-reader? Trouble downloading books.
I'm trying to download free books from my library and they don't open on the reader. Help!

I'm not familiar with the Cruz, but have you installed the correct version of Overdrive on your computer? Often I'll get calls from users that haven't installed the proper version.
Also, what format are you trying to download? I took a quick look at the Live-Brary page & it appears that the Cruz only supports ePub ebooks & MP3 audio books. If the books are in another format they won't work...
ETA: I just took a quick look at the User Guide for the Cruz Reader R101 & saw that it doesn't natively support ePub books. You will have to download an app from the Cruz Market first in order to get it to work. Cruz Support HTH!
