i had soem a few years ago i wasnt to crazy about them...but then agian it was xmas rush and i felt the photographer just rushed and didnt care about getting a good pic. I have better luck with jc penny and picture people

I just got them and they came out great!!!!! I bought so many-- the people were really great.I went during the week though I was the only one there.

my best friend did once and hated it. She wasn't happy with the pics and she had coupons...and all they did was try to sell her more!! She flat out said to them "I just want what the coupon states" and they kept on going.
