Anyone have any info on Sayville co-ops?
Hi newbie here! 
My husband and I are looking at the Fairfield Co-ops on Lakeland Avenue in Sayville. Does anyone have any info by any chance?

IMO they are not that nice. Just garden apartments made into a co-op. A much nicer development is in Oakdale - Birchwood on The Green. The co-ops are really nice - hardwood floors, seperate entrances, etc.

I drive past those to get to my friend's house. She doesn't speak too favorably about them.
