Anyone have a letter to excuse yourself from Jury Duty?

I got called for Jury Duty! I have been waiting for this for years, I was excited, but of course now i can't go, i have no one to watch Gianna.

Anyone have a letter handy to excuse you from jury duty because you are the primary caretaker I can borrow?

Geez I just got the questionaire to fill out and I am freaking out cause I don't want to go.

I think you just need to give them a copy of your DC's birth certificate and explain that you don't have any child care.

This is what I sent back in November last year. I never heard back from them but haven't gotten any other summons either.
