How about Puerto Rico? Its pretty cheap to fly there and there are plenty of accomodations and activities to do there.

I went to Arizona, not for a BP, but with DH for a long weekend.
We stayed at the Biltmore in Phoenix and just relaxed by the pool and got massages.
Scottsdale, a 5 min drive from the Biltmore has an awesome nightlife and great restaurants!!! It has one of the largest concentrations of bars and clubs in the US!

My BM took me to Puerto Rico for mine. I don't think it was that expensive...they all chipped in and paid for my trip - the total for 4 days was I believe $550 - which included my trip...
We stayed at the San Juan Hotel and Casino - they were under renovations at the time - not sure when you are planning this but when or if they are done - the renovations were sick!!! I want to go back just to use the new pool...
This hotel was the most popular one on the strip - it was crowded at night because of the night club - and the lobby/entertainment area is fun as well

For my bachelorette party we went to Shelter Island. There's a two bedroom cottage (pridwin hotel and cottages) with a livingroom, kitchen, dining area, pull out couches, fireplace, etc. We had 6 and were comfortable. Spent the weekend swimming in the bay, hanging out by the pool, eating and having fun. Dinner and breakfast were included in the price.
There's a pretty cool hotel/bar down the street that's more of a "scene" and you can take the ferry to Greenport. I wanted something more low key so we never left the resort - it was awesome.

For one of my good friends we went away to Acapulco and it was fun. Lots of partying can be done here. For mine we went to London- I had a great time. A little pricey considering the exchange rate is not in our favor but it was like going out in NYC. Very trendy.
