anyone else finding it hard not to sleep on your back?
i read that at this point to only sleep on your side-preferably on the left side. I wake up several times during the night to find that i'm on my back and it worries me because it blocks the blood flow or something?

i can only sleep on my back, but i do put pillows behinde me bc it gets hard to breath....... i can't wait to go back to belly sleeping!!! ur body will wake you up when it is having a hard time!!

I even find myself on my belly sometimes..
my doc said not to worry..that's usually why I wake up so I don't think I am on my back or belly too long

I constantly find myself on my back even when I try to start out on my left side. We don't really have to worry until we are starting our third trimester I think, I just read up on this cause it worried me too.
