Anybody want 'in' on a parking spot?
I hear it's got freshly painted lines, the asphalt has been recently done, and it's got great views of...other cars. Neighbors could be rowdy though.

With a MUCH better view, rewinds to see a play, commentary. I prefer watching a game on TV than live.
