Anybody actually make your own pillowcase dress for DD?
I have been browsing online at all of the cute pillowcase dresses and it got me thinking: has anyone tried to make one on your own? If so, was it harder than it actually looks? Specifically the neck cut out?
I am thinking of hitting the clearance table at Homegoods and finding some cute pillowcases, cheap.
Any guidance would be great!

If you can sew and are handy then give it a try ~ there are a lot of sites that give you the patterns & directions etc

I think I wanna try it. What's the worst thing? It comes out ugly and I let her use it as a beach coverup?

Yeah, the worst thing is that you waste a pillow case  Do it and show us how it comes out

Yeah, the worst thing is that you waste a pillow case Do it and show us how it comes out
I have a coworker who is a sewing wiz, so maybe I wil ask her to do the sewing and I will do the decorating I will def take pics if it comes out pretty.
I am excited to try this. I might end up wanting my own sewing machine
