if you have lots of bloating drink things high in electrolytes (like gatorade). otherwise, what the PP said!!

Do you get bloated after xfer? I'm not bloated anymore from the retreival. I actually bought Gatorade but maybe I should save it.

I have read to eat pinapple, especially the core, drink grape juice or eat red grapes. I don't know how much truth there is in that though but hey it can't hurt. I would just drink lots of water and try and relax. Good luck tom!
