Any Hotmail users encountering problems...if so, please advise!

So, Windows Live Hotmail just changed their look a couple of days ago and ever since then, about 75% of the time I go to open my email and the messages are blank!

I followed the "Help" directions, and nothing. I then emailed Support, but when they reply, chances are I won't be able to read it!

Any insight?
