Any advice on how to increase success of implanation on transfer day?
HELP!!! Transfer is Sunday!!!!

Here's everything that I've heard -
*eat pineapple after transfer - ESPECIALLY the core! you can just get 1 pineapple and have your DH cut it up into pieces and just try to eat a bunch the day of transfer and the following day.
*lay on your left side - supposed to promote bloodflow to the uterus
*stay in bed for 48 hours (only get up to use the bathroom) - no sitting at the computer... that's supposed to not be so great for bloodflow to the uterus
*no showering the first 48 hours, and only warm (not super hot) showers during the 2ww
*pray to st. gerard!
those are what i've heard - take it or leave it!
there are plenty of people who do NONE of those things and get pregnant, and plenty who do ALL of those things and don't get pregnant. but i can tell that you feel like you want to do anything you can.. and i think that being able to do some of these things calms us down and makes us feel like we are doing something.. so that can't hurt, right?

I have heard that there is a relationship between successful pregnancies and accupuncture.

I layed on my left side for most of the day after my transfer. I did sit at the computer for a bit, also.
That's all I did and it worked for me

This is one of the only thing there are actually statistics on-have acu before and after.

I honestly think, if its a good embryo it will stick and that is that. After 4 IVF's that is my thoughts on the subject. It does help to do stuff that was mentioned, but in the end if its gonna stick its gonna stick.
The best thing you can do for yourself is not make yourself nuts second guessing your every move etc...
