Anxiety - work related

I have had anxiety most of my adult life. I've kept it under control through therapy and medication, but lately due to work, it's creeping up again to the point where I am getting panicky and dizzy.

For a very long time, I've know that I need a change. I work in the corporate world and I shouldn't be here. I made a mistake a long time ago in not pursuing the right career.

Please tell me how to keep this under control at work (I do my old rationalization trick "there's nothing to panic about" etc)...

But I guess most of all how do I just get that jump start into doing something new. I have a BS in Business Admin but I need a change. I would LOVE to work in the healthcare field but how can I go back to school as a FT working mom?

I can do online courses but at some point I would have to do clinical or whatever.

Sorry, I really don't even know what my point is...besides the fact that I don't know how much longer I can deal with this anxiety. And every time I swich jobs in my field, I swear...come the 3 year mark or around there...it starts up again. Chat Icon I'm 33. I need a change in 2011!

What are your looking to do in the healthcare field?

It is VERY stressful and difficult most days so just be forewarned.

I deal with every kind of problem, and problematic person known to man, with VERY little support at that.

All of my colleagues and I feel like we may crack on any given day. Just sayin'.
