Another spinoff: WHat did you learn in school that you felt was useless?
I think drafting tops my list. That was one of the classes where I was constantly thinking "WHY am I taking this?" But I guess it made sense at a science school. I just knew it was not my strong suit and it always bugged me that band people got out of drafting (since they use their hands for their instruments..no joke) and we didn't in chorus (of course I argued that chorus people should get out of gym).
Anyway, I have never and probably will never use drafting.

tessellations. I had an entire CLASS in tessellations when I was 10.
only useful if you become a really artsy tile-layer......
