Another question about mucinex
When are you supposed to take it? Are there different kinds?

I like the 12 hour ones~ you just take it twice a day. BUT, you can but no-name store brands for much cheaper and just take those every 4 hours.
I usually start taking it about CD10 and keep taking it until a day or two after seeing a +opk.

I got the 12 hour ones & take one in the am before work & the other right after dinner. I started on CD11 & already see a difference in CM...

i did the same thing, but you really don't need to take it that far in advance, it works very quickly. jusst make sure you keep taking it AFTER you BD b/c it keeps your mucus thin and runny which is the optimal environment for sperm to survive in.
