another newborn feeding question...sorry

Is this too much?

DS will be 5 weeks tomorrow...sometimes he has 3 to 4 ounces but tonight between 6 and 11 he had 13 ounces. From 6 to 8 he ate a total of 7 ounces and could of had more but I held him off until 10 when he had another 6.

I know people say you can't overfeed a newborn but this seems like alot and then he has bad gas from eating so much.

He probably has gas because all babies have gas. You could try feeding him less oz more often but I think you are fine.
