another leave replacement
in the same district. I have had three this year. I am so pysched. It "should" be until the end of the year AND it is in Middle School.
I LOVE middle school!!!!!
I am hoping but not counting on a position in this district next year! Do you think that this is a sign they like me, or maybe just that they nee me and I am there????

wow lucky you!! I am so jealous. I still haven't gotten called for anything with them. I hope this is a good sign for a position.
Do they have an english opening next year?

Def a sign that they like you, IMO. I know in my school if you didn't do well in the 1st leave, you def wouldn't have gotten the 2nd, much less a 3rd. Good luck!

There are rumors of a probationary position next year but there is also a prediction for a drop in enrollment over the next three years. This worries me because if there are cuts in the next few years, I would be first to go in the department.
