Anna Nicole Paternity Test -- Deadline Set
The judge in the Anna Nicole Smith baby dispute has ordered Smith to complete all DNA testing no later than January 23rd.
Larry Birkhead, Smith's ex-boyfriend who claims to be Dannielynn's father, went to court last fall to ask a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to order both Smith and her baby to undergo DNA testing.
Today Judge Robert Schnider set the Jan 23rd deadline. Under the terms of the order, Smith and Birkhead can each choose the lab of their choice. We're told Birkhead's lawyer, Debra Opri informed the judge that her lab -- based in the U.S. -- would send reps down to the Bahamas directly to Smith's front door. Opri tells TMZ "all she has to do is get out of bed, put on a robe and answer the front door."
Smith maintains her lawyer, Howard K. Stern, is the father.
