You both are going to laugh - DH and I already saw those home. We must have looked at about 85% of the homes listed on MLSLI. It's disappointing that our options are getting smaller.

I assumed you did! God knows I can see a pic of a home and tell you what street is it on, the original asking price, current asking price, taxes & property. We've been looking since a NOVEMBER in Wantagh, Bellmore, Merrick & Oceanside. I know MLS by heart by now.
How was that Mandalay home? It looks well kept, but you never know!

The Wantagh home is actually very nice - and well cared for. The kitchen is updated and looks very nice plus the backyard has a deck and a well manicured yard. Our drawbacks were that there was no basement and no attic. I think they had a garage though detached.
