Am I too late?
So I got my PEAK on the CBEFM this morning  , but DH has already left for work  We BD'd Friday and Saturday night (skipped last night) and now we won't be able to BD again until tonight. Did I screw up by skipping yesterday? I figured he needed time to "rebuild" his supply (we never has a SA done, so we don't know if there are any male factor)
I also did an OPK (internet cheapy) and the test line is dark but NOT as dark as the control line. I did use FMU. By the way, why does it say you can't use FMU with an OPK? I can never do it during the day b/c of my water intake.

No you didn't "screw up" by not bding yesterday. You probably will O today or tomorrow. Definitely bd tonight. If your temp goes up in the AM to your usual post O temps tomorrow, then try if you can to get a bd in, in the AM tomorrow morning.
When you use the monitor it has a set pattern, two peaks followed by one high...usually the second peak day is O. However, I have seen the first peak be O for many as well as myself on occasion. It all depends what time of day you are Oing and when you caught the surge.
The monitor is far more reliable then any opk...what did the fm stick look like today ?

2 lines same color, actually the LH appeared a little darker.
