Would you train him to go Pee Pee standing up or sitting down?

I trained my son sitting down, then eventually he wanted to stand like the other boys.

I am doing this now and he intially started sitting down. Now that he has the hang of it he goes standing up.

I work in a preschool and they start sitting down, then stand up. They also have these training targets for the little boys to try and 'hit' I saw them in Babies R' Us the other day.
