Alex woke up crying three times last night

And when I say "crying" that's putting it lightly. And why, you ask? Is it because she's teething? Noooooooooo. Is it because she has an ear infection? Nooooooooooooo.

I heard her wake up so I peeked in the monitor. Now, mind you, this was way before the crying even started. She started to stir, she popped her little head up, looked around, stood up, pulled the paci out of her mouth and proceeded to throw it overboard, onto the floor.

Two seconds later, she starts crying "PAAAAAAAAAAACCCCiIIIIII".... "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMY"

You think she wants my attention, or what? I think it's time to wean her from the damn paci

At least you don't have to worry about her intelligence. That is one smart little bugger you've got. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Very smart....Chat Icon
Your baby has finally figured out the best way to get your attention......even if it seems that there's a little manipulation involved....Chat Icon

Beth - we will never introduce Alex and Ava b/c I don't even want to know what scheme they'd come up with Chat Icon

If it makes you feel better Ava has been refusing to go to sleep, crying all hours of the night.

2 nights ago I watched her throw her pink doggie across the room and start screaming "MOOOOOMMMMYYYYYY - MY PINK DOGGGGIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIE"

Last night I watched her take her diaper off and start screaming "DIIIAAAAAAAAAPPPERRRRRR OFFFFFFFFFFFFFF"

Beth - I feel your pain.
