Adult food at birthday party - question

Just booked DS's 3rd birthday party at the Ice Cream Party Shoppe (Smithtown).

I have to guarantee 15 kids (including DS). Party starts at noon.

My options for adult food are:

Large Pizza $15
Dozen Bagel Platter (butter/cream cheese) $17
3 foot American Hero $49.95
Soda $6 per pitcher

What is the cheapest route to go? I assume at least 15 adults (possibly more if both mom and dad come with their child).

I think Pizza, are kids getting pizza too? If they are just getting ice cream I wouldn't expect you to serve pizza to adults

I agree. If kids are just getting ice cream, then you should allow the adults to get some too - you really don't need to do more other than maybe having coffee or something on hand......

Re: Adult food at birthday party - question

I think 3 would be fine, I don't think adults will eat more than 1 slice each

Re: Adult food at birthday party - question

When we have done parties, we always figure 2 slices of pizza per adult.

We just had DD's party and went with 5 pies for 17 or 18 adults and were left with 5 slices.

I think the pies were on the smaller side though. I would definitely do 4 for 15
