Added a dormer to a house

I am currently looking into buying a house for the first time, however, the house I have my eye on needs a dormer put on the back of it to expand the bedrooms. Could you please tell me how much I would be looking at spending to put on this addition? Thank you in advance.

There are so many variables that I could not possibly even guess on how much a dormer would cost, but if you're looking for quality work at reasonable prices, I know that Alure Home Improvement (yes, the one that is featured on local Extreme Makeover editions) in East Meadow comes very highly recommended, and they have some incentive programs as well for their customers.
