Add pics to my Real-estate add

No, actually I'm selling in East northport and my house SOLD yesterday. Actually there was a bidding war this week so we got above asking price
Good luck to you. Just a suggestion about your pics... I would add a pic of the kitchen and bathroom and delete the yard. They are the most expensive rooms to redo. Buyers know this and they really help sell the house. They are also the ones that if clean turn people towards putting a bid in. I say this because everyone who looked at our house loved our kitchen (custom oversized cabinets and pantry) and bathrooom. The bidding war happened because houses of our size (small) in our area usually have either a kitchen or bath that is desperately in need of updating or is a bit gross. We had THREE bidders in a war over our house and within one day all heck broke lose and they went crazy outbidding one another. We got over our asking price from a couple who is putting down over 75% of the asking price, so almost a cash deal.
Again, good luck. WE sold on our own and actually I did it by myself as DH was in CA on business... it was exhilerating and stressful.
My aunt and uncle have lived on Rocky Point Landing Road for over 40 years.
