acupuncture & infertility
Hi
Can anyone recommend an acupuncturist that specializes in infertility that they liked??? Also if they take insurance...thanks

I used Andy Kaplan in Rockville Centre and loved him! The cycle I used him, I got pregnant 
He accepts insurance, but my insurance did not cover acupuncture. Good luck!!

I go to Dr. Yang in Jericho. FM me if you want her info. She also give me herbs and a diet to follow.

I am going to southshore acupuncture....I am having my forst session on Monday...she is a LIF vendor. I would ask to see if your insurance covers it.

Dr. Li - he has offices in Smithtown and Huntington. He is also covered by a lot of insurance companies because he's a doctor, not just a licensed acupuncturist (he also has an MD from China).

if the city is convenient for you (from work or something) i saw Michael Bennet at SIRM (although i did not do fertility treatment there - just acu). he was awesome and my lining was def improved and i attribute some of my IVF success thanks to 3 months of acu with him . here is his website

Hey Mama2b....how did you like your session???
Thank you everyone!!! I had a consult With Dr Sandoval (doc recommendation) and his office hours just arent going to work for me. I am in suffolk, so RC and NYC too far 
I am going to look into the others in suffolk as I am anxious to start treatment with acupuncture b/c I am going to be doing a FET this cycle at which I am already a week in....fingers crossed!

I really liked my session...Roberta is really nice and explained everything to me including diet & vitamin supplements...she is in lynbrook so I dont know if thats too far for you. I hope you find a good acupuncturist whose hours work for you.

Thats great that you liked it!!! Yeah Lynbrook is too far, I didnt realize the location until I look it up
