about what size would an 11 year old girls shirt be?
i want to get a gap shirt for my friends step daughter. she's 11 but a bit big boned (not heavy though.) i have no clue how the sizes run for older kids.

My twins are 10...they are tiny things...not quite 50 inches and 55lbs. They would be a size 8 from The Gap....
My stepdaughter will be 11 in April. She is 57 inches and around 70lbs..She's a size 10...
All 3 of them have a slender build...
Depending upon what type of top you get you can always get it big and hope for the best. Do you know her height and weight?

Thats a toughy b/c I think the gap runs in smaller sizes My daughter is going to be 10 and on the larger size and it depends on where we get her stuff b/c they all run in different cuts and what not  HTH
