? about talking @14 mos.
I get a weekly newletter from Babycenter.com, and this weeks said that at 14 mos. it is normal to speak 3-5 words. Does this seem acurate to anyone??

Hey Stacy, I just spoke to my mom and she said between 20-50, but more so on the end of 20. She said by 2, definitely about 50.

Emma was talking SOOOO much at 14 months. She had probably about 30-40 words. BUT Jeremy on the other hand says "da da" and Baba and other noises but no real words. Babycenter doesn't know squat

well aidan was lucky if he said 3-5 words at 14 months so each child is different.

Claire is 14 months old now and she says about 35-40 words. It is amazing how it all starts to come together for them. But for my neice she was closer to 18 months before she had about 30 words.
