About how many people does a box of pasta feed?
I need to feed 20 people, just trying to figure out how much Penne Patsta to get.

In my house lol? 3-4 people per pound. Is it the main meal? If serving it with meat, salads, etc. then I'd stick with 4 people per pound. 5 boxes or so.

If you are making something easy to freeze - i.e. ziti - I would probably throw in an extra box because I would be too afraid of running out. Pasta is so cheap and freezes so easy, you can reuse leftovers.
If it's the main meal, I would prob say 4 people per box (that is technically 2 servings) + 1 extra = 6 boxes
