Scholastic is located inbetween prince and spring on broadway if you want to attend the festivities!!!

Tonight's the Night!
Celebrating the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
At last, the wait is over, and tonight Harry Potter fans throughout the U.S. will be celebrating the July 16 12:01 a.m. release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
Over 5,000 stores will be holding midnight parties with readings, contests, games, and more (and, oh yes, selling millions of copies of the book). And around the corner from Scholastic Headquarters in New York, we'll be celebrating the Harry Potter series at “Harry Potter Place” — an interactive experience for those who want to wait out the final hours in true Harry Potter spirit. For one magical evening from 8:00-11:00 p.m., visitors to “Harry Potter Place” can enjoy face paintings, street performers, and much more.
See scholastic.com for a guide to midnight parties — and check the Intranet Monday for news about the festivities, as well as press coverage of the biggest book launch ever!
