How do I toast Flat/Pita Bread?
I bought some flat bread, like lebanese pita, it is kind of doughy. DH likes the stiffer pita bread but they didn't have it. How can I warm/toast it up a bit to make it more like regular pita?

I love to brush each side with a little olive oil and toast it in the toaster oven. Delicious!

toss it in the oven or toaster oven for a few minutes until its the way your DH likes it. maybe brush it with olive oil too

I brush mine with a little oil and heat it in a frying pan.

This is what I do. My toaster oven is ancient and goes on fire enough without me stuffing pita bread in there.

me too! evoo on both sides, in a hot frying pan.
