5 year anniversary
Did anyone do anything special for their 5 year anniversary or planning on doing something?
Ours is this year and we're (well I am..
 ) looking to do something...but going away is not an option.

What about a special night in with a couples massage?
Jared can have a sleepover with a relative, and you guys can go out and have a fabulous dinner, than come home to candlelit massages!

Stef, have your mom watch Jared over night and go into the city w/ Rob (romantic dinner), and stay at a nice hotel there. I think thats what Todd and I are going to do for our 3rd anniversary in June.

Personally, I don't really like the city in the summer- unless you're going to a show or something like that.
What about Montauk for the night? Or a B&B out by the vineyards?
Or Shelter Island?

ours in FRIDAY!
I originally wanted to go away big but Al had to have surgery and E doesn't have a passport yet, so the trip never materialized. We're going away for a few days to Vermont next weekend, and we went to the wineries this past weekend.
We're still trying to figure out a plan for Friday

We just celebrated ours and we wanted to go away but decided not to. Anyway, we ended up getting a couple's massage and I must tell you it was very romantic! We had dinner at a great steakhouse and really enjoyed ourselves.
You can do the couples massage and then dinner at your wedding hall?

Rent a limo to go out east to the wineries and wine tasting, don't forget to have a nice lunch or late lunch at Cooperage!!!
Drink, eat and celebrate without worrying to drive.

We did the taste of Fire Island package for our anniversary last summer and it was great for a couple of hours I did feel like we were away!!

I'm not married five year sbut my cousin just celebrated her 5th anniversary last Friday - and all I can say is I can't believe how fast the past 5 years have gone
