5 Month Appointment
Sydney was sick for her scheduled 5 month so we went today (5 1/2 months). I cant believe how big she is! 19lbs. I hate comparing her to others but with this I find it hard not to when some babies are 2x her age and not even her weight.
Dr. says nothing to worry about, everything is in proportion but still. He also says she wont stay big since DH and are both of average height and weight.
Anyone else with a big girl?

Sara was 14.8 at her 3 month check up ...she was 3 1/2 months for her visit

it's also her length too!
Alyson was 14 lbs at her 2 month check!! I can only imagine what she'll be in a few weeks at her 6 mth check!!

Jacob is 5 1/2 months now and at his 5 month checkup he was only 14 pounds.. he's the complete opposite.. he's a little one..

Olivia went on wednesday for her 5 month check up and weighs 15 lbs 6 oz but told she is growing properly. she has chubby lets and a mid section but a very active child and meets all her milestones so the doctor said not to worry that the weight gain will slow down when she crawls and starts on table food.

Miranda is the total opposite. At just about 9 months she isn't even 15 pounds yet.

If I remember correctly Olivia was slightly bigger than Sydney was at birth so to me the fact that Sydney is 3+ pounds more now than Olivia is amazing. See I dont like to compare but when I see other people post about their child's weight and then I look at Sydney I am in shock. She is 27" tall so is in the 95% for height and weight. She is very active as well.
I am only 5'5 and my dh is only 5'6 and I only gained 25 pounds during pregnancy so again I am in shock with how big she is. I know she will even out but still.
