3rd tri girls... anyone else getting swollen feet?
My feet look HORRIBLE and I'm supposed to get a pedi later for my shower tomorrow! I hope the swelling goes down so I don't look part sasquatch for the shower.

Yes, but only since I hit 36 weeks or so, and only at night. The humidity isn't supposed to be bad for the rest of today and (I think) tomorrow, so maybe that will help you out?

Just within the last week my feet have been unbearable. When it is very humid, they are ridiculous & it is more my feet then my ankles. My advice, sit tonight with ice packs on your feet & ankles & have them elevated. That is what I did & WOW, it helped! by the next morning, my feet were back to normal

Mine would swell up during the day and go down at night. Now that I'm on bedrest the swelling is much better.

I've been very lucky not unless I am outside for a long period of time, which I don't do so it doesn't happen that they swell often.

Yep. they were so bad wed (from walking around at Citifield) that i had to soak them in a bucket of cold water and ice.
i slept with them elevated using my big wedge pillow and by morning they were normal looking. until i got to work...
dr. said its humidity and im retaining fluid

I've been swollen for weeks. They start out only a little in the morning and by the end of the day I have Fred Flintstone feet!

I had slight swelling this past Tuesday... that was it.... I've been very lucky.

What kind of shoes do you wear for this? I'm going to be in my 3rd tri in the dead of winter and really worried about this issue and what shoes I should be prepared with

I was okay until this past week. I'm teaching summer school and I'm on my feet for 5 hours straight so by the end of that time my feet are swollen. Nothing too horrible, but definitely noticeable to me.

Yes, they are HUGE, especially by the end of the day. Thankfully they go down in the morning but ouch at 5 pm I need my feet up for the night.

im 34 weeks and today around 4 i noticed my ankles swelling a little.
ive had my feet up since i got home and it's gone down
