2nd Birthday Party Help... food and ideas

Please let me know if this is good enough. Working on putting together Mason's party next weekend! Chat Icon
Between WFT, taking care of Mason and I'm over 32 weeks pregnant I just can't get my head in gear. I was MUCH more organized for his 1st birthday party (and we had triple the amount of pple).

11 kids - between 1 and 5 years old
28 adults

Food (Ordering from Wegmans. We live in NJ)
putting out tons of chips scattered all over
veggie platter
3 large sub trays (mixed up of meats)
tray of nuggets for kids
tray of fries for kids
large salad
dessert - big cake, my SIL is making cupcakes, bowl of mixed fruit
Drinks - juice boxes for kids, water, sodas, beer

No entertainment this time. We have a big backyard...
lots of beach balls
outside toys
slide
playhouse

we also have a pool and I hired a friend's sister to be a lifeguard (she is a certified lifeguard)
lots of pool floats for the kids and more beach balls

Am I missing something. Only a 2 hour party (or however long pple will stay)

If the weather is gross we have a ton of toys inside and a big basement

ETA - Favors - nice bags with cup and straw with their names on it, goldfish bag, bubbles, lollipops, stickers

I think that is enough.

I use Florentino's in Middletown for all my catering. All the cold cuts are Bore's Head and I think they really reasonable The bread is delicious also.

I always get the chicken hero. He makes chicken francese style with fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers. So good!

Florentino's

If you decide to call ask for Lenny (he's my neighbor) and that I recommended you.

Oh! Nice... that looks good!!

All the way in Middletown. Guess that's why I never heard of them. Must be nice to live next door. Chat Icon
I'll have to check out their menu.
We did Wegmans catering for his first b-day and for a Super Bowl party. Didn't even think to check what meat they use.
