2nd baby shower/sprinkle help
This will be our 2nd baby. #1 will be 7 soon. My mom is already talking about doing something for DH and I when the time comes.
I was thinking of something smaller since its #2. How many people is good to invite?

I think it depends how many you had the first time. I only had 30 with DS and if I had a shower again that was the age difference I would probably invite the same. So I think 25-30 people is a good number.

I don't think it is really about the number of people....I think that it should be mom's, grandma's, aunts and close friends.

I agree with this. We invited to my shower people who were friends of family throwing the shower and ALL dh;s family down to second cousins, etc..
I wouldnt do that for a sprinkle/second shower.
For my SIL, she had a son about 8 years ago, had a girl this past summer, we had a small immediate family only party for her to get some new girl stuff and she had nothing from her son. We invited about 25 people, mostly family.
