Nice neighborhood...
So I brought DS to the park after school today... When the Ice Cream man comes by, there is a unwritten deal btwn the *regular* parents... The kids go running and one parent or 2 chaperone them.
A few minutes later, one of the dads comes back down out of breath and says:
'You'll never believe what just happened...'
2 preteen girls who frequent the park came up to the ice cream truck in tears... One of the moms asked what was the matter.
They pointed out some guy and said 'That man just pulled his shirt out and said 'show me your ****.." (starts with a t, rhymes with bits)
The creep takes off, the dad starts chasing after said creep and the mom flags down a police car (that THANKFULLY was circling the neighborhood.)
They jumped out, took the guy down and arrested him.
Sadly, we *think* this is the same guy who exposed himself to another neighbor earlier in the year.
Thus reinforcing why I am planning to raise my son in a bubble...

Some people can be suck sickos. Glad they caught him but I would notify the schools as a just in case.

Unfortunately the local school has worse problems... (my son doesn't go there for that reason,) but it wouldn't hurt to call.

yeah, I have good neighbors... as cr@ppy as the neighborhood is getting, we all seem to look out for each other's families...

where did this happen? FM if you dont want to post on the boards. definitely alert the school. sadly this guy will most likely be released soon and sad to say these pedophiles can't stop and return to the scene of the crime at some point.

I know... the other night when I got my parking ticket I was bummed they were *policing* the neighborhood, but it's times like these that remind me WHY they do it...
