203k loan. Anyone have any contractor recommendations?
We did a 203k, but I wouldn't recc my contractor. I know that the paperwork says you must have an approved contractor, but it is really no big deal to get a contractor approved. They have to sign a paper and provide license information. We got ours approved at the time of our Reno. So if you find a contractor you want to go with, don't sweat the Pre approved requirement.

We used Wells Fargo's Purchase & Renovate mortgage which is like a 203k but their own program. Our contractor is in their system:
