2 questions, could use some fast advice??

My first question is if I am ovulating for sure. I got a positive OPK yesterday and it was negative today and last night I had horrible cramps and today, no cramps and feeling a little increase in the CM and my nipples are a little sore, those are my symptoms, could I be ovulating now?

My next questions of about BD'ing if I am ovulating. My cramps stopped last night so I'm assuming I started ovulating last night, it has been almost 12 hours-ish. How long does the egg actually last for? Im wondering how long I have before it starts disentegrating and I lose my chance......

When you get the Chat Icon on the OPK, it means you'll O within 24-36 hours.

Did you BD when you got the Chat Icon ?
You should BD today and tomorrow. That should cover it.

I did BD last night, the cramps were horrible and then when I woke up this morning the cramps were completely gone but I had a positive OPK last night so I couldn't have ovulated last night right??
So if it was positive last night and I ovulated 24ish hours later which would be tonight, how loing does the egg stay viable for?

The egg is viable for about 12 hours after you O.

BD tonight and tomorrow night too and you should be set to go. It'll cover you in case you O today or tomorrow. Sperm can live in you for something like 15 hours (it may be more actually), so even if you O tomorrow, you'll be fine.
