2 months old -- how much to eat
The doctor said that the baby should be eating 24 ounces a day. She never takes that much!! I'm lucky if she takes 20 ounces. She eats 4 ounces at a time, and usually takes 5 bottles a day. Even with that, she often spits up. I feel like I am underfeeding her, but she seems content.
How much did/does everybody else's baby eat at 9 weeks old?

I think we were on the brink of upping her to 5 oz per bottle and she was still eating every 2 1/2 hrs!

Jackson is only 6 1/2 weeks and eats about every 3 hours, almost 4 oz at a time (so that's almost 32 oz a day).

Ryan is eating 5 1/2 ounces 5 times a day. He is 6 1/2 weeks old.

Hayley was drinking about 4-5 ounces every 3-4 hours a day...

At that age Antonio never ate that many ounces. He gained weigh and was always in the 50th percentile. As long as she is gaining wait don't stress too much I think the ped just gives you an estimate.
