2 month old shot reaction?
DD had her DTaP yesterday- she has a slight fever (100) and is very tired....
I assume this is sort of normal- everything I've read so far suggests it.. have any of your DC experienced the same?
Please put a new mom's mind at ease.

OH my god...my boys had the same thing...only at 4 months shots, they are the same.
Yes, Matthew had a 102 fever and I called the dr. and said it was totally normal.
I gave him some infant tylenol and she said to give him a abath to lower the fever, and it worked.

My daughter just slept ALOT but they did tell me a fever could be expected and not to worry, so try not to, it is a normal reaction.

yea that tetanus shot is brutal. remember getting it as an adult? you can barely move your arm!!

Normal. DD got her shots a week ago and was so cranky that night but slept for almost 9 hours (our record!!). I gave her tylenol before the shots, in the early evening and then before she went to bed again.

I think DD is FINALLY coming around- she's pretty much been sleeping all day- awake at times- but totally out of it- she's taking bottles though which is good and I gave her a bath which she really liked and I was able to get some smiles out of her.
