11 months old...what do you put in the sippy cup?
I give her watered down apple juice w/ breakfast and when she finishes it, plain water and she sips it here and there at meals.
Should I put formula in it instead?

We didn't put milk in the sippy cup until he was on whole milk. He was off the bottle by 13 months.

I put water with a dash of organic sugar free apple juice concentrate. Also, I give him water, beer, diet coke, and sometimes vodka. NO just kidding...today I put his formula in the cup and he wasn't interested...
