I usually do a Reply All when I know I'm right and I'm defending myself....

Yeah, it's time to leave. We're househunting, which is why I'm still here (need the check for a new mortgage)...but, I am emotionally divorced from this job
I am so emotionally divorced as well...I found out my boss bad mouthed me to another Admin!! I was shocked--another Admin, *** was that all about. Then 2 wks ago he gave me a 'comp' day for whenever I want for job well done on a project and then he gave me a gift for the same project...then yesterday I mentioned that I don't want to be an admin any more and he stomped on my like an ant...I have been w/ him almost 4 years...he surely isn't going to let me spread my wings! I said that next year I'll have a baby and won't be able to get to work (here in NYC) by 8am. so he said I can come in at 10-work to 6...So, he bad mouths me to a co-worker -won't let me move up the ladder-gives me a day off and a gift--then gives me a flexible work schedule due to the coming baby adoption. Is this an insult or compliment..."not good enough to promote, but too good to let go"? I don't get it!!!
