What age do boys wear cups?
My little guy starts soccer next week. He is 4, does he need to wear a cup?

What age do boys wear cups?
My son played soccer at that age and did not wear one. Now he is 8 and starting flag football and I am debating it.

In soccer we did not wear a cup - I would say around 2nd grade my sons wore cups for baseball.

What age do boys wear cups?
At 5 he started wearing one for hockey. I would think at 4 he wouldn’t need one yet, unless there’s a really hard kicker on his team. Lol

My boys play a lot of sports (7 and almost 11). They have always worn one for hockey and never for soccer. My older one plays baseball and has worn a cup once it moved from t-ball to kids pitching. My middle one played lacrosse last spring and wore one for that too.

I'm crashing, isn't it possible a ball can get kicked hard into that area causing pain? can't he wear one to be safe

My son does not wear a cup for soccer. For baseball, it's required in 2nd grade and recommended for catchers before then.
