When is the best time to start planting flowers? Any recommendations on local nursery. I'm in the Nassua area.

It really depends on the flower.
I usually don't plant anything to around Mother's Day to be honest- because it snows in April and is still freezing to be honest.
You can probably google it- they will show you a map of the US and when to plant what... I remember seeing that before.
No recommendations on a nursery because I am in Suffolk, sorry!
