Pavers
So after doing some research here, I noticed a few people here have used Fernando from Doctor Pavers. He's scheduled to be at my house early this morning.
I currently have a deck that I would like to remove and add pavers. I know a lot depends on the type of pavers and sq ft that I would need. But on average how much should I be budgeting. All this scares me..

The price is by the sq ft, so it's impossible to tell you what to budget, but I will say he does phenomenal work! He did our pavers at our old house and I still miss them.  We have one more big project at our new house and then I plan on calling him back to do our driveway and backyard patio again. I can't wait!
Most companies are now charging around $15/sq ft for pavers.

Thank you. He just quoted us 23k for 890 sq ft, outdoor kitchen and seating wall and 2 columns at the end of seating with light fixture. I got a really good vibe from him so we're thinking of going ahead with it.

Pavers
I paid $7K for 360sqft a few years back with him so I think your pricing is spot on. We got a number of quotes and he was the lowest for us. He does excellent work and is very clean with his work. Highly recommend him.

That looks beautiful. I am undecided what I want to do with my backyard, did he design it?

Thanks, we love it.
We originally wanted a smaller patio, but about a week before Fernando was to start we changed our minds (my husband really wanted a fire pit.) With Fernando's help we designed the larger area.

We wanted to start the project in April/May but he is already booked. He said busy season starts in March and only had openings now since people usually don't do work in the winter. I'm set on him doing the work so we're going to do the job now. I'm hoping the Winter stays mild for the next few weeks.
