Menu Thread 9/16
Ok, have to start again with menu planning, to keep DH and me on track with WW. Also helps me know what I am cooking when I get home from work.
Sunday : baked chicken thighs, roasted string beans, farro, green salad.
Monday : mushroom and onion smothered pork chops, sauteed green and yellow squash, noodles, sliced tomatoes.
Tuesday : baked salmon with tzatziki sauce, boiled dill baby potatoes, roasted string beans, cucumber salad
Wednesday : out for Greek food (it's our WW meeting night)
Thursday : TJ's chicken fried rice bulked up with more chicken and veggies, green salad.
Friday : turkey burgers, mashed potatoes, roasted corn, tomato and mozzarella salad.
Saturday : not sure yet, DH may go out with friends.

Sunday- I had Indian takeout
Monday- Probably pierogi with sour cream
Tuesday- Bacon wrapped tilapia
Wednesday- Pork tenderloin with honey and thyme sauce
Thursday- Turkey breast teriyaki with cabbage and nuts on top of coconut rice.
Friday/Saturday- no clue.
Sunday- food festival

Menu Thread 9/16
Sunday - homemade pizza
Monday - bbq ranch grilled chicken and veggies over rice
Tuesday - slow cooker coconut curry lentils over rice
Wednesday - stuffed peppers, salad
Thursday- leftover lentils
Friday - leftover stuffed peppers
Saturday - grilled sausage over pasta with garden tomato sauce, peas

Tonight is a keto buffalo chicken casserole.
Tomorrow is taco Tuesday so he'll eat the taco stuff over a salad and I'll eat like a human in shells.
that's all i got
Friday is always take out
Saturday is always out to dinner

yes pretty much but he uses cauliflower.
I'll get it for you, hang on.
