How sad is it that when an announcement of a possible arrest is coming down related to the Russian Collusion activity, it's difficult to figure out just who they may be referring to.... there's just so many possibilities....

Papadopoulas news is bigger than Manafort right now. He's been cooperating with the Feds and had direct contact with Russians about HRC emails.

Nope, because then we are stuck with Pence and he will probably push through a lot of Trump's horrendous agenda along with a few holy-roller additions that will do away with protections for LGBT and other minorities.

I hope he goes down soon in a ball of flames. Then we can get on with the business of having a grown-up run the country. I don't love Pence but I detest Trump.
Trump supporters are awfully quiet today.

I don't think who it is was much of a surprise. Will be interesting to see what the evidence is and when they are saying it happened. I doubt it will impact Trump himself. I do think it has opened a can of worms for many politicians.

I have a feeling you're right, unfortunately.
It's a strategy. They're not going to come out of the gate with something that will nail Trump. They're going up the ladder. Eventually, the dots will connect. I don't believe Trump is untouchable. Someone or something will come down the pike. It's just like Watergate.

I honestly don't think they are going to get Trump himself, but they are going to nab people in his inner sanctum and it will make him look really bad or really stupid. Since Trump is all about his image/brand, he will continue to fight this tooth and nail, and (if anything) that will lead to Trump's downfall.

Exactly this. My fear is that if Trump is taken down, and Pence takes over, he will get the support of the republicans that won't support Trump. A lot of the things Trump was/is trying to accomplish (like the healthcare replacements) didn't get through because some of the republicans weren't on board (ie. McCain). If Pence takes over, it's very likely he'll be able to get the support of all of them.
