Nothing new over here. I'm on a break. I hate being on a break but it has been over a year of transfers gone wrong so I'm over it.

C'mon 2018 babies! We need some good news.
Waiting on period. It was due yesterday, tested yesterday am. BFN. Yesterday was CD 29.
I'm on progesterone which can delay a period...but i did ovulate on day 19/20, so my office said to not test until 2 weeks after ovulation day-bc im technically not late yet. any thoughts on this?

If you did not ovulate until day 19 or 20 then today is only 9 or 10 dpo and early to be testing. I'd wait another few days and retest.
It doesn't matter what cycle day you are. It matters when you ovulated, and you go from there.
